Studio #2 - 240 sq ft.
120 sq ft of space is available for 1 full-time artist/creative @ $440/artist or 2 part-time artists (2 days/week) for $300. The other half of the space is occupied by Triflorum Designs.

Each studio includes two windows, heat, ac, internet, and off street parking. The space is available unfurnished or furnished with a work table and storage. Additionally, there is a common area and full kitchen. Full time studio artists/creatives have 24/7 access to the studios. The fenced in back yard is also available for use.
