205 Ocean Ave Studios is a BIPOC/Queer run space!
Priority is given to historically marginalized creatives working with low/non toxic mediums, toward more sustainable and regenerative creative practices and/or addressing ecological ideas in their work. However, all are welcome to apply!

Each studio includes 24/7 access, two windows, heat/ac, internet, and parking. The space is available unfurnished or furnished. Plenty of storage space. Additionally, there is a community room, full kitchen and fenced in backyard for use.
