200 square feet, shared space for 2 full-time artists @ $400/artist or 3 part-time artists (2 days/week) for $280

Each studio includes two windows, heat, ac, internet, and parking. The space is available unfurnished or furnished with a work table and storage. Additionally, there is a common area and full kitchen. Full time studio artists/creatives have 24/7 access to the studios. The fenced in backyard is also available for use.
