Studio Application

205 Ocean Avenue Studios is thrilled to provide working spaces to creatives who live and work in the greater Portland area.

Studios include include 24 hour access, wifi, and utilities. There is a maximum of two creatives per studio, each with 110 sq ft of workspace to themselves.

Studios are available to working creatives in support of their professional practices. All studio leases are month to month, so studio availability ranges and is limited.
